保修范围

本保修适用于站内每种产品类型所述的时间段内的博尔特（Boerte）产品，并具有本保修中所述的限制。保修期自第一位客户购买之日起计算。本保修仅涵盖材料缺陷。博尔特（Boerte）在本保修项下的责任仅限于由博尔特（Boerte）自行决定免费维修或更换有缺陷的产品。有缺陷的产品组件将由博尔特（Boerte）专业安装人员免费交付和更换。

正确的安装和维护

仅当博尔特（Boerte）的产品已按照博尔特（Boerte）提供的说明进行安装并根据博尔特（Boerte）维护手册进行正确维护时，保修才适用。所有保修索赔均应附有正确安装和维护的完整文件。产品组件的保修取决于由产品培训和批准的安装人员安装的产品。

保修除外条款

本保修不包括因事故、不当护理、疏忽、正常磨损、金属零件表面腐蚀、表面变色以及其他因误用或故意破坏而导致的外观问题或故障造成的任何损坏。木材随时间的自然变化被视为外观问题，不包括在内。

近水设施

安装在与氯化水或盐水直接接触的产品（水上乐园），或安装在距离海岸200米以内的产品，不在博尔特（Boerte）腐蚀引起的任何缺陷保修范围内。特殊设计的产品（通过定制产品部门处理），前提是在交付前已升级为C4级腐蚀，安装在距离海岸200米以内（且不直接接触盐水/盐水或氯化水喷雾（如水上公园）），根据一般保修中规定的每种产品类型的适用保修期，仅针对腐蚀引起的结构故障（不包括运动部件）投保，任何情况下不得超过10年。

第三方提供的产品和服务

博尔特（Boerte）提供非博尔特（Boerte）品牌的产品和由认证的第三方供应商提供的安装服务。本一般博尔特（Boerte）保修不适用于此类非博尔特（Boerte）品牌的产品和安装服务，这些产品和服务可能有自己的保修。博尔特（Boerte）将尽可能传递有关此类保证的信息。

货运和仓储

由博尔特（Boerte）指定的货运代理安排全球运输和物流。产品/物品不得存放在室外等待安装，并且必须始终保持干燥。

Warranty scope

This warranty applies to Boerte products within the time period specified for each product type on the site, and has the limitations described in this warranty. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase by the first customer. This warranty only covers material defects. Boerte's liability under this warranty is limited to free repair or replacement of defective products at Boerte's sole discretion. Defective product components will be delivered and replaced free of charge by professional installation personnel from Boerte.

Correct installation and maintenance

The warranty only applies if Boerte's products have been installed according to the instructions provided by Boerte and properly maintained according to the Boerte maintenance manual. All warranty claims should be accompanied by complete documentation for proper installation and maintenance. The warranty of product components depends on the products installed by product trained and approved installers.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not include any damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, surface corrosion of metal parts, surface discoloration, and other appearance issues or malfunctions caused by misuse or intentional damage. The natural changes in wood over time are considered appearance issues and are not included.

Near water facilities

Products installed in direct contact with chlorinated water or salt water (water parks), or products installed within 200 meters of the coast, are not covered by any defect warranty caused by Boerte corrosion. Specially designed products (handled by the customized product department), provided that they have been upgraded to C4 corrosion before delivery, and installed within 200 meters from the coast (without direct contact with salt water/salt water or chlorinated water spray (such as water park)), according to the applicable warranty period of each product type specified in the general warranty, are only insured against structural failure (excluding moving parts) caused by corrosion, and in no case shall it exceed 10 years.

Products and services provided by third parties

Boerte provides non Boerte branded products and installation services provided by certified third-party suppliers. This general Boerte warranty does not apply to such non Boerte branded products and installation services, which may have their own warranty. Boerte will try to convey information about such guarantees as much as possible.

Freight and warehousing

The freight forwarder appointed by Boerte arranges global transportation and logistics. Products/items must not be stored outdoors waiting for installation and must always be kept dry.
